Online registrations will now be accepted for the 2020-21 Forrest King Hockey Program. Please fill out the Registration Form and Waiver, and email/scan copies to eltoncommunitycenter@gmail.com. Payment by eTransfer will be accepted. Instructions for eTransfer will be given to each applicant to the email address listed on the registration form.
Registration for New participants will follow this criteria:
- Ratepayers in the RM of Elton
- Children attending Forrest Schools
- Outside interests
Applications will be accepted from November 23, until November 30th between the hours of 9:00am – 9:00pm.
