Registration for Returning players may continue using the following instructions:
- Fill out Registration Form and Waiver Form and email a picture/scanned copy/attachment to: eltoncommunitycenter@gmail.com. NO FACEBOOK SUBMISSIONS; only emailed submissions. Ensure that the email size is not more than 5.0 MB or it may be rejected.
- Payment by use of eTransfer will be accepted. Private emails will be sent to each registrant, using the email address that you provided.
- IN PERSON/ DROP OFF Registrations can be arranged by contacting Kemal @ 204-724-5514.
We will allow this new process to run until November 18, 2020 for Returning Players Only! After that time, we will determine how many available spots remain for new applicants.
